  • $109 – 30-minute session

    $171 – 90-minute intake session (first-time only)

The care I provide goes far beyond a standard treatment. Each clinic session is a personalized, dedicated experience tailored to support your unique needs, whether that means acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition coaching, bodywork, facial acupuncture, or a combination of modalities.

I maintain a low-volume practice to ensure that every session receives my full, undivided attention. This gives us the space to go deeper, not just treating symptoms, but working toward long-term health, emotional well-being, and meaningful transformation in your life.

The 90-minute intake includes a comprehensive Five Element diagnostic session and a personalized care plan.

Online booking for 90-minute sessions is not available. Please contact me to schedule your first session.

This is more than just a treatment, it’s a step toward living fully and vibrantly. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to discuss options to make this care accessible.

  • $180 – 60-minute virtual session

This one-on-one session is designed to help you understand how your health is taking shape in the context of your life.

Rooted in East Asian medicine, the Elemental Health Map looks at patterns rather than isolated symptoms, offering clarity around how stress, habits, environment, and lived experience influence how you feel and function over time.

This session is not a diagnosis or treatment. It’s a way to gain orientation, context, and practical insight so you can begin practicing health with greater understanding and intention.

  • I am not currently in-network with any private insurance providers. However, if your plan includes acupuncture benefits, I’m happy to provide a detailed superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement.

I also partner with the VA Community Care Program to provide care for eligible veterans. If you’re a veteran and interested in working together through the VA, please contact me for more information.

  • We accept VISA/Mastercard/AMEX, Health Savings Accounts(HSA), and Flex Spending Accounts(FSA).

We require a credit card to be on file in order to book and hold an appointment.

If you have further questions, please call me at 303-550-9054.

  • We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations, except in the case of emergencies. This allows us to offer your session time to another patient in need of care.

After two cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, the full session fee will be charged.

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a missed appointment due to the time-sensitive nature of acupuncture treatments. Accommodation will depend on on my schedule.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Ongoing Reflections on Health, the Body, and Living Well

If you’d like to stay connected, you can subscribe to my Substack publication, Elemental Health & Living.

I share thoughtful reflections on health, symptoms, and the lived experience of the body, drawing from clinical practice, seasonal awareness, and real conversations that unfold in medicine over time.

This is not a newsletter about trends or quick fixes. It’s a slower, more grounded exploration of what it means to practice health and living well in modern life.

Subscribers receive:

  • Reflections on health as a lived, ongoing practice rather than a problem to solve

  • Insight drawn from real clinical conversations and patterns that show up again and again

  • A deeper way of understanding symptoms, illness, and change without reducing them to diagnoses

  • Writing that helps you think more clearly about your body, your life, and what health actually asks of you

This space is for people who want to think more clearly about their health and develop a more trusting relationship with their body, mind, and life.
